Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is offering a hybrid Co-op in the Technology Leadership Development Program (TLDP) in New Jersey. The role focuses on data analysis, GenAI-driven automation, and reliability engineering within Innovative Medicine and MedTech spaces.

You’ll work on real projects from day one, collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentors to prepare for full-time opportunities. Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, proficient in Python data science tools, ML

Qualifications

Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree in progress.
Be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship at application time or in the future.
GPA of 3.0 or higher across college coursework.
Preferred fields include Information Management, IT, Computer Science or related.

Responsibilities

Perform data analysis on structured and unstructured data to uncover insights for improvements.
Drive automations to improve reliability, quality and lower costs.
Standardize and automate daily processes and checks.
Enable collaborative data analysis and ensure data quality.
Support engagement managers with metrics and feedback for development teams.
Understand and assist GenAI-enabled observability implementations.
Contribute as a team member with mentorship from managers and engineers.
