Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Technology Delivery Leader for the Workplace Investing Portfolio Management to drive portfolio governance, reporting, and executive visibility.

You will lead delivery reporting, dashboards, and communications, partnering with tech and executive teams to translate complex delivery data into clear, actionable insights for leaders. The role emphasizes automation, AI-enabled tooling, and scalable reporting to reduce manual work and improve decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
7+ years in Technology Delivery, Portfolio Management, PMO Leadership, or related roles.
Strong technical aptitude.
Experience delivering executive-level reporting, dashboards, and communications.
Experience with Power BI or Copilot or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead portfolio governance and reporting activities including executive dashboards.
Drive development of a single source of truth across Workplace Investing initiatives.
Create scalable reporting solutions and dashboards for real-time visibility.
Partner with technology teams to gather, integrate, and govern portfolio data.
Communicate portfolio priorities, risks, and outcomes to executives.
