Job summary

• Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce a plus; comfort with technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line IT and tech support to NEFA staff.
• Co-administer Office365, Box, and other key technologies.
• Design and lead staff training on tools and processes; share best practices.
