The New England Foundation for the Arts in Boston, MA is seeking a Technology & Data Associate to support grant program administration, data maintenance and Salesforce management. This new role collaborates with staff across programs and events to ensure data integrity and effective tech solutions.

You will work on front-line IT support, Office365 administration, and data reporting, with opportunities to learn and grow as the organization expands its technology infrastructure.

Competenze

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and work with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce a plus; comfort with technology tools.

Mansioni

• Provide front-line IT and tech support to NEFA staff.
• Co-administer Office365, Box, and other key technologies.
• Design and lead staff training on tools and processes; share best practices.
