Job summary

Classical Preparatory School seeks an Instructional Technology & Curriculum Coordinator to support staff and scholars with devices, platforms, and campus systems, including network, cameras, gates, and PA systems.

Responsibilities include curriculum management, inventory, vendor coordination, and classroom/ campus coverage as needed. This full-time role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and may require some evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or the equivalent, and three years or more working in an educational setting, information technology, or a closely related field
• Preferred: Associate’s Degree or 60 credit hours at the undergraduate level, industry certification in information or educational technology, and teaching or classroom experience

Responsibilities

• Support classroom and office technology, including staff and scholar devices, projectors, document cameras, printers, telephones, copiers, and servers, and instruct users on basic operation
• Respond to technology work orders and staff inquiries within 24 business hours, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and recommend or complete repairs as needed
• Oversee cybersecurity of school devices, including endpoint protection, content filtering, patching, and administrative credential practices
