Job summary

GCON is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead high-tech client office and data center projects on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will drive preconstruction activities, manage logistics, and collaborate with BD to pursue opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in site management for commercial or data center programs, plus owner’s rep experience and proficiency with P6, Procore, and CMiC.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of relevant site management on commercial/data center projects.
• 5+ years leading build processes for high-tech clients.
• Experience with data center systems design.
• Proficient in using Primavera P6 for scheduling.
• Proficient with Procore and CMiC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-tech client office and data center fit outs.
• Lead preconstruction activities including buyout, logistics, and scheduling.
• Develop operational plans and support BD with presentations.
• Ensure safety on site and implement continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with trade partners on WIP and payment requisitions.
• Lead weekly LPS/WWP cycles and QC programs.
