Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is offering a hybrid Technology Leadership Development (TLDP) related co‑op program across the United States. The role covers data engineering, AI, product design, cybersecurity, cloud, and software engineering.

It’s intended for students pursuing STEM degrees and requires full-time availability from January 2027 through June 2027. Participants will work in cross‑functional teams within J&J Technology, gain hands-on experience, and may transition to full-time opportunities

Qualifications

Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S.
Currently enrolled pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
GPA 3.0 or higher is preferred
Full-time (40 hours/week) January 11, 2027 to June 21, 2027
Preferred fields include Information Management, IT, CS, Software Eng, Data Science, Cybersecurity, MIS, Math

Responsibilities

Work within specialized groups to build solutions for the J&T Technology portfolio
Contribute individually and as a team member to support a designated technology area
Collaborate with stakeholders to accomplish goals and objectives
Develop awareness and experience of capability skills in support of the J&T Technology Strategy
Conduct data and process analysis to support key solutions
