Job summary

StratEdge IT Consulting INC is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Risk Technology in Charlotte, NC for end-to-end CCR technology projects. This hybrid, full-time role requires extensive PM experience in financial services and hands-on CCR platform work.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Risk, Quant, Engineering, Compliance, Operations and Front Office, drive requirements, testing, and regulatory initiatives while managing governance and delivery with Jira.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Project Management experience in financial services or risk technology.
• Hands-on experience with Counterparty Credit Risk or related risk platforms.
• Strong project governance, delivery, risk/issue & dependency management.
• Experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum & hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of derivatives and trading lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL & technology delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead CCR technology projects covering Exposure, PFE/EPE, CVA, Limits, Netting & Collateral.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks & issues.
• Coordinate across Risk, Quant, Engineering, Compliance, Operations & Front Office.
• Drive requirements, testing, UAT, implementation & releases.
• Manage Jira project plans and delivery tracking.
• Lead governance meetings, status reporting & stakeholder communications.
• Support regulatory initiatives including Basel III/IV, SA-CCR, SIMM & EMIR.
• Coordinate Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.
