Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors and vendors on a technology-focused campus.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking locations, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and notify appropriate contacts or responders.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate with leadership and site personnel.
