Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution while carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and assist with entry/exit procedures.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs.
