Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused campus by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to identify security concerns.
• Monitor access and verify credentials, reporting unauthorized access or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents and alarms, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs and shift communications while maintaining professionalism.
