Optimum Platform in Albuquerque, New Mexico seeks a Director of Technology & Business Systems to lead enterprise technology across Southwest Women’s Oncology and related groups, balancing hands-on leadership with architecture and operations.

You will build a 12–24 month technology roadmap, own integrations and automation, and mentor a tactical technician while ensuring operations are reliable, scalable, and secure.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive experience across enterprise technology and related functions.
• 3+ years leading a broad technology function or cross-functional program.
• Strong Google Workspace administration including identity and security.
• Ownership of a SaaS or enterprise application portfolio.
• Experience connecting applications via APIs, webhooks or automation platforms.
• Experience deploying workflow automation or AI in production with measurable value.
• Hands-on with Windows Server, AD, networking, firewalls, DNS, backup and recovery.
• Experience with cybersecurity controls and privileged access.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology across Southwest Women's Oncology and Optimum Platform operating groups.
• Translate complexity into executive options: one issue, three options, one recommendation.
• Communicate risks, incidents, progress and changes to leadership.
• Run technology through the Optimum Operating System with measurable metrics and documented learning.
• Own enterprise apps portfolio, integrations, and automation initiatives.
