Job summary

Motion Recruitment is assisting a leading Financial Services firm with a Technology Business Services Consultant opportunity in Chandler, AZ or Charlotte, NC. This long-term contract (18 months+) focuses on infrastructure and problem management within business services consulting.

The role requires 4+ years in IT support for business services, including network, mainframe, and distributed infrastructure. Experience with incident management and ServiceNow is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent.
• Infrastructure experience which could include Network, Mainframe and Distributed Infrastructure.
• Focus on incident and problem management.
• Experience with ServiceNow for Problem, Incident, Change and Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Services Consulting.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Business Services Consulting challenges requiring evaluation of factors.
• Contribute to resolution of moderately complex issues while ensuring compliance and policies.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Business Services Consulting.
