Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in systems analysis, business intelligence, application support, reporting, or related technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
• Strong SQL development and relational database experience.
• Experience collaborating with software development teams in a cross-functional environment.
• Working knowledge of Python or another scripting language.
• Understanding of APIs, ETL processes, data integration, and data transformation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Create, modify, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data extracts.
• Partner with development teams to support application enhancements and system improvements.
• Analyze and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop scripts and automated processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Support system integrations, data mapping, and API connectivity initiatives.
• Troubleshoot reporting, application, and data-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in solution design, testing, implementation, and deployment activities.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation efforts.
• Maintain technical documentation, process flows, and reporting specifications.
• Support Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
