TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer to design, develop, and support Snowflake-based data solutions and Power BI reporting assets. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data models and dashboards.

The role blends data engineering, BI development, and governance, with growth into a key technical resource within Data & Analytics. On-site in St. Louis, MO with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in BI, analytics, data engineering, or data warehousing.
• 3+ years of Snowflake development experience.
• 3+ years of Power BI development experience.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience designing dimensional data models and scalable reporting solutions.
• Experience developing and supporting ETL/ELT solutions.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and work directly with business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake data warehouse solutions.
• Build and optimize ELT/ETL processes using modern data integration tools.
• Develop Power BI semantic models, dashboards, reports, and dataflows.
• Support enterprise data architecture and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, usability, performance, and maintainability.
