Airbnb is seeking a technical communications leader to own the editorial engine for the Airbnb Tech Blog, coaching engineers and ensuring posts meet legal, security, and comms standards. You will uncover cross-team stories and publish connected narratives while maintaining depth within each domain.

You will help engineers build genuine public presence—bylines, talks, speaker coaching—and partner with the CTO to amplify Airbnb’s technical voice.

• Own distribution: establish a canonical Airbnb home domain, define social channels, and ensure effective publishing.

• Steward open source presence: ensure public claims are accurate and maintained under Airbnb branding.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to tie editorial work to hiring outcomes and senior pipelines.
