WithumSmith+Brown, P.C. is seeking a Tech Audit Supervisor based in East Brunswick, NJ or New York City, NY to lead engagements from planning to completion and mentor staff. The role emphasizes client service excellence and strong collaboration across the engagement team.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of public accounting experience, a CPA, and solid knowledge of US GAAP, with travel as required. We offer a competitive benefits package and hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CPA license are required.
• At least 3 years of public accounting experience with leadership of multiple engagements and supervising staff.
• Experience auditing healthcare systems and hospitals is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including familiarity with US GAAP.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills with ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to travel as needed based on client assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engagement team on planning and execution of audits to deliver world-class client service.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the audit engagement including staffing, planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Provide supervision and support to staff, seniors and supervisors, promoting open communication with the engagement partner.
• Collaborate with team on client issue resolution and advise on legal, regulatory and accounting issues.
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently to meet client deadlines and maintain quality.

In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance.
