The candidate will shape strategy, oversee the Alumni IC team, and partner with program groups to scale engagement globally while remaining autonomous in execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in program/project management or employee development/engagement.
• Proven cross-functional strategic initiative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive overarching alumni strategy and engagement framework across workstreams.
• Guide daily task prioritization, project delivery, and operational workflows.
• Direct expansion strategy for Mexico City to support upcoming cohort.
• Collaborate with program teams to build cross-functional alumni support models.
• Lead weekly standups and coordinate escalations for portfolio alignment.
