Qualifications

• 1–3 years of social media management experience.
• Experience with scheduling and analytics tools.
• Strong writing and copyediting skills.
• Knowledge of trends across major platforms.
• Comfortable working in a technical industry (drones, AI, SaaS).
• Portfolio of managed accounts is required.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and manage a content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Schedule and publish approved content with accurate captions, tagging, and formatting.
• Coordinate with video production and creative teams to source and repurpose content.
• Monitor community engagement and respond to comments; escalate PR/compliance concerns as needed.
• Ensure all published content complies with brand guidelines.
• Track and report performance analytics across platforms to inform strategy.
• Stay current with trends, formats, and best practices across Reels and Shorts.
• Support planning and social coverage of product launches, trade shows, and events.
• Assist with copywriting for captions and short-form briefs.
• Organize and maintain a digital asset library for easy access.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather approvals for timely publishing.
