Responsibilities include advising growers on housing, equipment, litter management, sanitation, flock management, feed and lighting programs, bird health monitoring, and production performance. The role also coordinates bird placements, sample collection, catch schedules, and communication between growers and company operations teams such as hatchery, feed mill, vaccination crews, and live-haul.
