Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking a Tech 1, Bakery- Warehouse - 3rd Shift - Forklift Operator to safely move materials and support production while maintaining inventory accuracy. The role requires a focus on food safety and efficient product flow in a busy bakery environment.

The position offers a 3rd shift schedule (10 pm–6:30 am) and an hourly rate of $21.75–$23.00, with opportunities to grow within a leading North American bakery network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years forklift experience.
• Basic English and/or Spanish literacy.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials safely.
• Support production by delivering raw materials and maintaining inventory rotation.
• Verify product information, including lot codes and quantities, using warehouse systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records with cycle counts and system updates.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics by positioning trailers and supporting shipments.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and food-safe per standards.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient operation.

About the Role

We are seeking a Tech 1, Bakery- Warehouse - 3rd Shift -Forklift Operator to join our team at our bakery. As a Tech 1, Bakery- Warehouse - 3rd Shift-Forklift Operator, you will be accountable for safely transporting raw materials and finished goods throughout warehouse and production operations while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient product flow. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production continuity, shipping accuracy, and adherence to food safety standards.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 3rd Shift
• Hours: 10 pm-6:30 am
• Weekends: Required as business needs

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $21.75 - $23.00

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Operate stand-up forklifts to safely transport materials throughout warehouse and production areas.
• Support production operations by delivering raw materials and maintaining proper inventory rotation.
• Verify product information, including lot codes, quantities, and product specifications using warehouse systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, stock tracking, and system updates.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics by positioning trailers and supporting shipment activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe warehouse environment in compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure efficient operational performance.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of stand-up forklift operating experience.
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment.
• Basic English and/or Spanish literacy skills.
• Ability to perform physical work, including manual material handling and movement of products.
• Ability to follow food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Experience in a food manufacturing, bakery, or related production environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanning equipment.
• Forklift certification or ability to successfully obtain in-house certification.
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP principles and practices.
