Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking a Tech 1, Bakery- Warehouse - 3rd Shift - Forklift Operator to safely transport materials across the warehouse and production areas, maintain inventory accuracy, and support continuous production. This role is pivotal for production continuity and shipping accuracy in a food-safe environment.

Shift is 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM with weekends required; hourly pay is competitive and aligns with experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of stand-up forklift operating experience.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and follow food safety standards.
• Basic English and/or Spanish literacy.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts to safely transport materials.
• Deliver raw materials and maintain inventory rotation.
• Verify product information including lot codes and quantities using warehouse systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and system updates.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics by positioning trailers and supporting shipments.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe warehouse environment in compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure efficient operations.

About the Role

We are seeking a Tech 1, Bakery- Warehouse - 3rd Shift -Forklift Operator to join our team at our bakery. As a Tech 1, Bakery- Warehouse - 3rd Shift-Forklift Operator, you will be accountable for safely transporting raw materials and finished goods throughout warehouse and production operations while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient product flow. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production continuity, shipping accuracy, and adherence to food safety standards.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 3rd Shift
• Hours: 10 pm-6:30 am
• Weekends: Required as business needs

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $21.75 - $23.00

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Operate stand-up forklifts to safely transport materials throughout warehouse and production areas.
• Support production operations by delivering raw materials and maintaining proper inventory rotation.
• Verify product information, including lot codes, quantities, and product specifications using warehouse systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, stock tracking, and system updates.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics by positioning trailers and supporting shipment activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe warehouse environment in compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure efficient operational performance.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of stand-up forklift operating experience.
• Ability to safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment.
• Basic English and/or Spanish literacy skills.
• Ability to perform physical work, including manual material handling and movement of products.
• Ability to follow food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Experience in a food manufacturing, bakery, or related production environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanning equipment.
• Forklift certification or ability to successfully obtain in-house certification.
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP principles and practices.
