Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is hiring teammates to deliver a fast, friendly checkout experience and to support athlete engagement in loyalty programs and services. You will help create a positive final impression that brings athletes back and contribute to a team-focused store environment.

As a Teammate - Endzone & Loyalty, you will greet customers, provide product knowledge, uphold standards, and participate in store programs while maintaining safety and inclusivity on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes, understand needs, and provide helpful product knowledge and service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, and inventory.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs, including applicable laws and guidelines.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Support the team and assist with other tasks as assigned.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet everyone (Teammates and Athletes) and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience by providing helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.
• Promote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, as well as to laws and guidelines of external governing entities, including those of the Federal ATF.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (Teammates & Athletes) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. Performs other tasks as assigned.
