Job summary

Stack Sports, a global sports technology company based in Plano, TX, is offering an internship across its software stack. You will be the first escalation point for partners and help resolve inquiries via phone, CRM, email, and chat, while staying updated on product guides and newsletters.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, keep partner data accurate in CRMs, and report common themes from product issues. The role emphasizes communication, organization, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• College student or recent graduate with 0-2 years of professional experience in sales, operations, digital marketing, business development, technology or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first escalation point for partners and resolve partner support inquiries across the stack of Stack Sports Solutions software via multiple customer contact channels (Phone, CRM, Email, Chat, etc.).
• Communicate updates, fixes and solutions to partners and maintain a working knowledge of the stack of Stack Sports Solutions software, help guides, blogs and newsletters to direct partners to the appropriate information when replying to inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members across the stack of Stack Sports Solutions software and use information gathered from partners to keep up‑to‑date account information in the appropriate CRMs.
• Collect and report common themes with product issues and bugs, and perform other responsibilities as required.

Internship Overview

Stack Sports is a leading global sports technology company based in Plano, TX with offices in Denver, CO, San Diego, CA, and Atlanta, GA. We transform the youth sports experience by providing easy‑to‑use league management solutions that help parents, coaches and administrators manage all aspects of their sports organizations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first escalation point for partners and resolve partner support inquiries across the stack of Stack Sports Solutions software via multiple customer contact channels (Phone, CRM, Email, Chat, etc.).
• Communicate updates, fixes and solutions to partners and maintain a working knowledge of the stack of Stack Sports Solutions software, help guides, blogs and newsletters to direct partners to the appropriate information when replying to inquiries.

Qualifications

• College graduate or current college student with 0-2 years of professional experience in sales, operations, digital marketing, business development, technology or customer service.
• Strong communication/ teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with others and effectively communicate with team members.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to organize hundreds of events, customers & clients.
• Advanced computer skills with a very high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SalesForce, G‑Suite, AWS, SQL and/or Google Analytics are all pluses.
• Lifelong learner – interested in learning new things and taking on new opportunities.
• Data savvy – ability to track, measure and use data to help analyze and grow our business.
• Looking for someone who can work later in the day into evenings, but we are flexible.
• Experience and/or understanding of organized sports league management, experience supporting and/or troubleshooting software, experience with Slack, Salesforce and Google Suite are great to have.
