Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamcenter Systems Engineering Manager to join our team supporting government clients. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining our Teamcenter Systems Engineering solutions, ensuring flawless integration and performance. This role offers opportunities to enhance skills, collaborate with a driven team, and strengthen CGS's capacity to support clients.

Job Responsibilities

1. Support deployments of various Teamcenter packages, including patches and upgrades.
2. Configure interfaces and integrations of third-party tools with Teamcenter.
3. Maintain system integrity through hardware and software monitoring, analysis, and tuning.
4. Review system and application logs; verify scheduled jobs, including backups.
5. Analyze network and server resource consumption; control user access.
6. Install, upgrade software, and manage licenses.
7. Support Teamcenter servers on Windows and Linux OS.
8. Assist with client-side application software installation and configuration of RAC and AWC.
9. Provide troubleshooting support via logs.
10. Participate in team meetings for new requirements, troubleshooting, and server support.
11. Document processes and keep documentation updated.

Required Qualifications

1. At least 4+ years of IT administration and management experience.
2. Knowledge of application security management on Linux.
3. Experience with TCL/TK, deployment, and administration of PLM and Systems Engineering applications.
4. Proficiency in C, C++, scripting languages on Windows and Linux.
5. Experience with module server setup, PLM multisite configuration, and deployment processes.
6. Ability to troubleshoot server issues and perform PLM administration tasks.
7. Strong customer focus and communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and research new technologies.
9. U.S. Citizenship.
