Title: Teamcenter PLM System Engineer

Location: Everett, WA; Seattle, WA; Charleston, SC; or St. Louis (preferred); Remote (anywhere in US)

Job Description:

This role in the aerospace domain involves guiding and supporting the implementation and utilization of Teamcenter Systems Engineering software within aerospace projects. It emphasizes fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse perspectives and promotes team contribution.

Your Role:

1. Mentorship and Support: Provide expert guidance to ensure efficient use of Teamcenter features in aerospace applications.
2. Implementation Leadership: Lead the deployment of Teamcenter Systems Engineering tools across aerospace engineering departments, ensuring smooth transitions and integrations.
3. Customization: Adapt the Teamcenter platform to meet specific project and departmental needs, aligning with industry standards.
4. Technical Issue Resolution: Address and resolve technical challenges related to Teamcenter, enhancing efficiency and compliance.
5. Collaboration: Work with engineering teams, IT, and collaborators for seamless integration and operation of Teamcenter.
6. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of processes and procedures.
7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on advancements in Teamcenter and aerospace systems engineering, incorporating relevant updates into organizational practices.

Your Skills and Experience:

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in aerospace engineering, computer science, IT, or related fields. Advanced degrees or certifications in systems engineering are a plus.
2. Professional Experience: Proven success in implementing and supporting Teamcenter for at least 5 years.
3. Application Security: Experience leading application security, cybersecurity, and vulnerabilities on Linux OS.
4. Programming Skills: Knowledge of TCL/TK, C, and C++.
5. PLM and Systems Engineering: Experience with deployment and administration of PLM, Systems Engineering, and Teamcenter applications.
6. Problem-Solving: Expertise in bug fixing and cybersecurity.
