Job summary

Fulenwider Group, operating the KFC Beaver location, is seeking a Team Trainer to support crew members. You’ll train new hires, coordinate shift training, and act as the first point of contact to resolve issues and help the team.

As a Team Trainer you’ll focus on building skills, maintaining standards, and promoting guest service excellence while supporting scheduling, pre-shift huddles, and daily operations on busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience training new employees and coaching on procedures.
• Ability to lead on shift and resolve issues quickly.
• Commitment to guest service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train current staff, lead new product or procedure training, and coach teammates.
• Oversee team members when the manager is absent.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Guide and grow the team.
• Maintain standards with the team.
• Pre-shift huddles or meetings.
• Scheduling.
• Food cost and cost controls.
• Productivity reports.
• Functional aisle and dining room set ups.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
