Job description

Team Technician, Kitchen Overnight Shift

Join us as a Team Technician, Kitchen Overnight Shift at Nestlé Health Science. We are seeking dedicated individuals to perform a variety of tasks within our manufacturing facility, primarily in the Kitchen department. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing waste water discharge, operating the Automatic Batching System (ABS) via the upstairs Human Machine Interface (HMI), and supporting production operations.

Schedule: 3rd Shift, 10:00pm - 6:30am (Sunday Evening through Friday Morning)

Responsibilities:

• Set-up, clean, operate, and adjust all kitchen equipment in a high-volume production environment.
• Follow operating and safety procedures, adhering to cGMP and SOP standards.
• Document and maintain logbooks and batch records accurately.
• Perform quality checks, including in-process brix checks and visual inspections.
• Support environmental compliance by capturing waste water discharge.
• Engage in daily shift meetings and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Coordinate team activities and adapt to changing work conditions.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing or nutritional supplement production preferred.
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking English, and basic math skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and other manual activities for 8-10 hours.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication.
