Job summary

This role requires prior retail or customer-focused experience, the ability to stand, bend, reach and lift up to 35 lbs, and the stamina to work extended periods.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs (i.e., loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
• Adhere to policies related to safety, loss prevention and operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all Company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
