Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder/platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers; understand their needs.
• Process merchandise and keep backroom organized with Ops lead.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards.
• Assist unloading trucks and processing freight and transfers.
• Deliver customer experience per service standards.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOP; maintain confidentiality.
• Foster an inclusive store environment.
• Support the team with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
