Job summary

Thrivent Financial is seeking candidates for a Team-Sponsored Launch to become a financial advisor. The program provides licensing over 8–13 weeks, followed by comprehensive training and a trajectory toward joining the sponsoring team as a traditional advisor.

You’ll build relationships with clients, educate them on education, investments, insurance and retirement, and grow a local network through nonprofits and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Licenses required will be obtained over 8–13 weeks, varying by individual.
• Post-licensing, participants enroll in a training program lasting up to 8 weeks.
• After training, you’ll build a book of business with the goal of joining the sponsoring team.
