Job Summary

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring a positive atmosphere.
• Provide exceptional, courteous service to guests.
• Assist guests with merchandise questions, prices, and availability.
• Help guests select merchandise and complete purchases efficiently.
• Accurately ring up sales and process payments on the POS system, following cash handling policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay informed about current merchandise, sales, and promotions.
• Restock shelves and organize merchandise to attract customers.
• Assist in warehouse tasks like stocking and inventory counts.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of displays.
• Collaborate with team members and management for a positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Alcohol Certification and Maricopa County Food Handler Certification.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, cashiering, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in sports and entertainment industry a plus.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods (6-12 hours).
• Perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and kneeling.
