Position Title: Beertender/Cashier

Pay Range: $11.70/hr + Tip Eligible

Event Based Schedule/Varies: MLB Season (Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays, etc.)

Join the excitement of game days and events at the iconic Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to become part of our Concessions team and help deliver unforgettable culinary experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner; ensure a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
  2. Provide exceptional, friendly, and courteous service to guests.
  3. Adhere to state, federal, and Levy Responsible Alcohol Service regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to all guests.
  4. Retrieve and verify food orders from the kitchen; ensure accuracy and presentation adheres to Levy Core Signature standards.
  5. Prepare and stock bar areas with all products including beer, beverages, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, etc.
  6. Fill in for Food Stand Cashier staffing needs, complete all Cashier duties.
  7. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensure food and beverages are served in a timely manner; ensure correct placement of dishes.
  8. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of menu and available products.
  9. Process payments and ensure accurate transactions; adhere to Levy Cash Handling policy.
  10. Ensure work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation requirements.
  11. Complete required production logs, safety and sanitation logs, waste/spoilage log, inventory log, check-in/check-out procedures daily.
  12. Complete opening and closing duties including cleaning tasks, setup, preparation in assigned area, daily and monthly inventory.
  13. Collaborate with FOH and BOH team to promote a positive environment, smooth operations and timely service.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
  1. Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively.
  2. Proficient in mixology, with the ability to prepare a variety of classic and custom cocktails; knowledge of drink recipes, garnishes, and alcohol types.
  3. Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and cash-handling experience.
  4. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements.
  6. This position may require the following valid certifications: ServSafe Food Certification, ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification.
  7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.
Qualifications
  1. Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry.
  2. 2+ years bartender experience preferred.
Physical demands:
  1. Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands.
  2. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary.
  3. Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment.
  4. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
  5. Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
