Job Summary

1. Greet guests in friendly and welcoming manner; ensure a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
2. Provide exceptional, friendly, and courteous service to guests.
3. Answer guests’ questions regarding merchandise, prices, and product availability.
4. Assist guests in selecting merchandise and completing purchases in an efficient, friendly manner.
5. Accurately ring up merchandise, ensuring correct totals, and process payments on the Point-of-sale (POS) system; adheres to Levy’s Cash handling policy.
6. Effectively communicate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
7. Maintains knowledge of current merchandise, sales, and promotions to assist guests in finding desired products.
8. Restock shelves, counters, and tables with new merchandise as needed.
9. Set up displays and organize merchandise to drive sales and attract customers.
10. Assist in retail warehouse as needed with stocking, unpacking, and inventory counts.
11. Handle guest concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner; escalate to Supervisor and Managers to address issues that may arise.
12. Ensure work area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation requirements.
13. Performs opening and closing duties, including set up and breakdown of merchandise displays, restocking, folding, and putting away merchandise.
14. Collaborate with team members and management to create a positive, efficient work environment.
15. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

1. Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively.
2. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
3. Knowledge of retail operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and customer service.
4. Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service preferred.
2. Previous experience in the sports and entertainment industry a plus.

Physical demands:

1. Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands.
2. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary.
3. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
4. Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.
