Job summary

Belong Birkdale is seeking a Team Senior Carer (Nights) to join a warm, friendly household. You will provide person-centred care to older people, including dementia care, during night hours from 10pm to 8am.

You will work within a small team, support the Lead Senior Support Worker, manage personal care, medication administration, and contribute to care plans. The role includes DBS, induction, training, and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for older people, especially with dementia.
• Ability to work nights and in a small team.
• Provide high-quality person-centred care.

Pay: £14.45 per hour

Working hours- 10pm-8am

What you will be doing…

You’ll be working in one of our households with a warm, friendly team as a Team Senior Carer (Nights). Working in Belong Birkdale you can make a real impact to the lives of older people; giving them the support to continue to live independently by providing excellent personal centred care. You will be experienced in caring for the older generation, especially in a dementia setting. This role is ideal for someone with the experience of working in a very small team across a wider area.

You will carry out a variety of duties including:

• Personal care
• Medication management
• Cleaning duties
• Dementia care
• Deputise for the Lead Senior Support worker.
• Uploading day to day details on care plans
