Belong is seeking a Team Senior Carer for night shifts at their Atherton location in California. This role is pivotal in providing person-centered care for older individuals, especially those living with dementia.

Successful candidates will be part of a warm and friendly team, performing tasks from personal care to medication management. With ample support for professional development, Belong offers a comprehensive induction and an engaging workplace culture.

• Experience in caring for the older generation, especially in a dementia setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents.
• Manage medication effectively.
• Perform cleaning duties as required.
• Deliver specialized dementia care.
• Deputize for the Care Team Leader when needed.
• Update daily care plan details.

Rate of pay- £14.45

1 x 19 hours per week

What you will be doing… You’ll be working in one of our households with a warm, friendly team as a Team Senior Carer (Nights). Working in Belong Atherton you can make a real impact to the lives of older people; giving them the support to continue to live independently by providing excellent personal centred care. You will be experienced in caring for the older generation, especially in a dementia setting. This role is ideal for someone with the experience of working in a very small team across a wider area.

You will carry out a variety of duties including:

• Personal care
• Medication management
• Cleaning duties
• Dementia care
• Deputise for the Care Team Leader
• Uploading day to day details on care plans
