Belong is seeking a compassionate Night Care Assistant to support older residents in a night-time role. You will deliver person‑centred care, assist with personal routines, monitor wellbeing, and help create a calm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the night.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or higher and a Care Certificate.
• Previous experience working in a care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to older people during night shifts.

Pay: £13.45 per hour
Shift Pattern: 10pm to 8am Nights
Hours: Full and part time hours
Contract: Permanent

About the Role

As a Night Care Assistant, you'll work as part of a supportive household team, helping our customers feel safe, comfortable and cared for throughout the night.

You'll provide high-quality personal care and emotional support while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing. You'll build meaningful relationships with customers and help create a calm and welcoming environment where people feel valued and respected.

What You'll Be Doing

Essential

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, Care Certificate and above
