They help set selling standards, coach and direct Sales Associates, maintain the sales floor, delegate projects, and are focused, nurturing, and capable of training others.
TSLs also assist Store Managers and Assistant Managers with operations such as returns, defects, transfers, action memos, and activities to achieve store goals, including sales, customer service, staff mentoring, retention, loss prevention, and merchandising. An enthusiastic attitude is essential!
Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
