Job Description

Love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above? If so, Rally House may be the perfect fit! Team Sales Leads are leaders who deliver results consistently. They help set selling standards, coach and direct Sales Associates, maintain the sales floor, delegate projects, and are focused, nurturing, and capable of training others.

TSLs also assist Store Managers and Assistant Managers with operations such as returns, defects, transfers, action memos, and activities to achieve store goals, including sales, customer service, staff mentoring, retention, loss prevention, and merchandising. An enthusiastic attitude is essential!

Responsibilities

1. Staffing: manage shifts and lead others
2. Customer Service: prioritize customer experience
3. Delivery Results: control inventory and implement selling strategies
4. Merchandising: meet visual standards, organize, plan, and execute floor moves and merchandising

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1-2 years retail experience; coaching experience preferred
• Availability: 10-20 hours/week, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events
• Aspiring for long-term growth within store leadership
• Physical requirements: standing, walking, talking, hearing, handling objects, reaching, stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, lifting up to 50 lbs

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
