A valid driver’s license and comfortable use of our company van are required.

The role offers flexibility with hours that vary by the team’s needs. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, adaptable, and willing to assist the team across a range of tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable driving the company van.
• Ability to complete tasks on time.
• Able to lift and carry real estate signs (light to moderate).

Responsibilities

• Placing For-Sale signs and directional signs.
• Switching sign riders out.
• Picking up and delivering documents to various places.
• Supporting the team with overflow tasks, especially during busy season.
• Driving the company van to various locations across Southwest Indiana.

Dauby Real Estate is looking for a part-time errand runner to support our real estate team with essential day-to-day tasks. This role includes placing signs at new listings, delivering important documents, and handling other errands that help our operations run efficiently.

The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities. Previous real estate experience is not necessary,we’re looking for someone with a valid driver’s license, a positive attitude, and a willingness to assist the team wherever needed.

This is a part‑time position with hours that may vary from day to day and week to week according to the team’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Putting out For-Sale signs and directional signs
• Switching sign riders out
• Picking up and delivering documents to various places
• Supporting the team with overflow tasks, especially during busy season
• Driving the company van to various locations across Southwest Indiana
