We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Team Relations Specialist to support our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as an advocate for hourly Team Members, supporting conflict resolution, communication, policy interpretation, and fostering a positive environment aligned with MOBIS Core Values.
• Serve as a liaison between Team Members and departments such as HR, EHS, and GA to resolve issues and answer questions.
• Maintain daily communication with Team Members and supervisors to address concerns and morale.
• Assist supervisors in applying policies consistently through audits and investigations.
• Support disciplinary investigations and advocate for fair treatment.
• Coordinate meetings and information flow between Team Members and management.
• Document corrective actions and participate in annual satisfaction surveys.
• Prepare reports, maintain bulletin boards, and assist with communication and training tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Experience: 0-3 years
• Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources Management or related field
• Equivalent Experience: 5-7 years with MOBIS or in a leadership role; external experience acceptable
