Job summary

Vitality Bowls Buford is hiring team members to provide friendly, efficient service while learning the health benefits of our acai bowls and menu. You will memorize training, assist guests, explain wait times, and help with taking orders by phone.

The role involves stocking, cleaning, following sanitation guidelines, handling cash and POS, and contributing to a fast, clean, and welcoming store environment. Prior food-service experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Become food certified.
• Must be able to handle a basic computer, POS system; handling cash and credit cards.
• Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements.
• Stand for long periods; lift heavy boxes; move quickly with urgency.
• Maintain a clean, work-appropriate appearance.
• Come to work with a positive attitude and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Memorize training material and explain health benefits to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service; greet guests and manage wait times.
• Assist and ring up guests; take orders over the phone.
• Prepare food, follow recipes, and maintain sanitary procedures.
• Stock, clean, and organize the store; handle deliveries and log items.
• Operate register; manage cash and credit card transactions.
• Communicate with staff and managers to schedule and ensure timely orders.
