Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in New Jersey is hiring a Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service, clean and stock facilities, process payments, and prepare & serve food. You will support multiple brands and maintain food safety standards in a fast-paced travel plaza environment.

Responsibilities include cash handling, operating the POS system, stocking and rotating products, and completing kitchen tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with travelers.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and handle payments according to policies.
• Ensure proper food handling including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Prepare, cook, package, wrap and clean as part of kitchen tasks.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements and policies.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
