Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in New Jersey is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, handle cash at the POS, and support food preparation and service across our travel plaza.

You will follow brand standards, maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and assist in daily operations. Flexible scheduling includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting our commitment to team members.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Follow food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing and temperature checks.
• Complete kitchen tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
