Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in New Jersey is hiring Team Members to deliver friendly service, prepare and serve food, operate the POS, and keep the workspace clean.

Formación

• As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, thoroughly cleaning & stocking, processing accurate payment transactions, preparing & serving quality food, and assisting in meeting customer needs.
• Experience in customer service and cash handling is preferred, with ability to follow policies and ensure food safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging in positive interactions with travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
