Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to provide excellent customer service to travelers, handle payments at the POS, and assist with food preparation and stocking. The role emphasizes friendly interactions, accuracy in transactions, and adherence to brand standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment at travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest, with opportunities to contribute to guest experience and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Cash handling and accurate payment processing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers and customers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Stock, clean, and stockroom areas, and maintain food safety standards.
• Prepare and serve food items following brand guidelines and safety procedures.
• Cross-sell and promote available products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and company policies.
• Support other tasks as needed by the team.
