Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Team Member to deliver friendly, efficient service to travelers at our busy travel plazas. You will operate the POS system, handle cash, and assist in food preparation and service, ensuring orders are accurate and meals meet quality standards.

This role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends and holidays, with opportunities to learn across food service, retail, and customer care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
• Execute a variety of other tasks as assigned.
