Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to provide exceptional customer service, handle payments at the POS, and support food preparation and stocking at our travel plazas. The role involves standing for extended periods and working across a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and customer service preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly customer service by engaging with travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately following policies.
• Ensure proper food handling: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking and temperature checks.
• Complete kitchen tasks: prep, thaw, cook, package, wrap, clean.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Adhere to brand standards and safety requirements.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
