Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a part-time Team Member to be the face of the store, delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting daily operations.

Flexible hours and an employee discount are available. You will greet customers, handle cash, maintain clean conditions, and assist with food safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach during shifts.
• Able to work in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with cold temps.

A Team Member must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand that they are the “Face” of Firehouse Subs. Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people.

Essential Functions include:

• Responsible for customer product and service standards

• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
• Ability to be mobile in walk‑in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
