Delta Faucet Company in Lapeer, MI is hiring Production Members & Machine Operators for second shift. Schedule is 2pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday, with weekends often required. Pay range is $16.60-$17.80 per hour plus a $1/hour shift premium.

A limited time onboarding bonus of $250 is offered. Our team enjoys a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, 401k match and paid vacation days within 60 days from hire.

Responsabilités

• Operate in a team environment on second shift (2pm–10pm) to meet production goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area according to procedures.
• Assist with packaging finished parts and preparing boxes for shipping.
• Adhere to safety rules and report any quality issues.

Delta Faucet Company in Lapeer, MI has a limited number of roles on our roster for Production Members & Machine Operators for our second shift operations. Work schedule is 2pm - 10pm M-F + weekends often required.Pay range is $16.60-17.80 per hour + $1/hour shift premium. For a limited time we are also offering a $250 onboarding bonus! The Delta-Lapeer facility manufactures plastic bath tubs, shower bases and coordinating wall units. It’s really cool to pop into a store and see a product that you made on the shelf ready to make someone’s home a showcase. Our products are in high demand, and we are ready to hit a home run, but we need your help….

Essential job functions include but are not limited to:

• Lift, carry and place parts on trim fixture
• Use hand tools to smooth rough edges
• Make pass/fail quality decisions based on quality standards
• Prep boxes with labels and instructions
• Lift, carry and place finished parts on the box
• Close and staple the box using staple gun
• Stack completed boxes on the pallet and prep for stretch wrap
• Follow standardized work to meet production and quality expectations
• Participate in team environment with 2 – 5 team members in the area

Physical Requirements of position:

• Frequently lift, push, or pull up to 20lbs. Occasionally work with weights of up to 40lbs. Team lift and rollers are both used.
• Use hands to manipulate and operate hand tools and power tools.
• Able to bend, reach, twist and carry above shoulder / below waist level.
• Able to stand for periods of up to 8 hour shifts, with breaks.
• Able to visually inspect parts for defects.
