Responsibilities

• Sort, inspect, and grade donated clothing and other items by quality and condition.
• Price and prepare merchandise for retail floors.
• Clean, organize, and package items for display or shipment.
• Safely load, unload, and move carts and merchandise in processing areas.
• Operate processing equipment (e.g., balers) after training.
• Meet daily production and quality goals with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep merchandise moving efficiently.
• Help turn donated goods into valuable treasures for customers.
