America's Thrift Stores in Mobile, AL is seeking a Processing Team Member to stay active while sorting and pricing donated items for our retail floors. You will handle packing, light loading, and maintain a safe, organized workspace alongside a team dedicated to turning donations into treasures for customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sort, inspect, and price donated clothing and merchandise.

What Does a Processing Team Member Do Anyway?

• Sort, inspect, and grade donated clothing and other merchandise based on quality and condition.
• Price and prepare merchandise for our retail sales floors.
• Clean, organize, and package donated items for display or shipment.
• Safely load, unload, and move carts and merchandise throughout the processing area.
• Operate processing equipment, including balers, after receiving proper training.
• Meet daily production and quality goals while maintaining accuracy.
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized.
• Work alongside your team to keep merchandise moving efficiently.
• Help turn donated goods into incredible treasures for our customers!
